One TCLP sample(sample tt A-01)consisting of painted&unpainted wood,carpeting, wall
coverings, roofing, and flooring materials was extracted and analyzed for levels of leachable lead
The sampling and analysis of these materials is for the purpose of demolition waste designation.
items not included in sample were concrete and metal as these items can be recycled Sample results
show less than the limit of detection of 0.3 parts per million of lead, which is below regulatory limits
of 5 parts per mullion. The materials can be disposed of as general construction debris.
LE%, fTATIONS OF SURVEY

discovered in the survey and sampling of suspect materials by The Kriebel Company personnel,
located at 8621 186`h Street Arlington,WA, on May 2,2001.
