WHEREAS, the Arlington Municipal Airport has a building known as Building 75B,
located at 19311 59th Drive NE, containing Pearson Millworks; and
WHEREAS, building building • r in approximately 1ii'
added onto thereafter, and is in generally fair physical condition but requires substantial repairs;
and
WHEREAS, the City believes substantial improvements will be required in the near
future which will drain "' •

Commission has determined that renovating the buildings is not economically feasible; and
WHEREAS, based on an appraisal report and other information obtained by the Airpo
the value of property approximately $400,000;
WHEREAS, an existing subtenant has offered to purchase the building for the sum of
400,000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems the most economical approach is to sell the building
in its present • • • to a private buyer willing to improve the buildings;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arlington Washington do hereby
resolve as follows:
