HomeMy WebLinkAbout2014-023 Confirming the Appointments by the Mayor of Certain Appointive Positions in the City of ArlingtonWHEREAS, Arlington Municipal Code section 2.06.020 authorizes the mayor to make
oertain appointments subject to confirmation by the City Council; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arlington Washington do hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council ratifies the appointment by the mayor of the following
appointed offices:
• Steve Peiffle, City Attorney
• Chris Young, Community & Economic Development/Airport Director
• Roxanne Guenzler, Finance Director (interim)
• James Kelly, Public Works Director
• Bruce Stedman, Director of Public Safety (Police Chief/Fire Chief)
• Kristin Banfield, Director of Human Resources, Communications & City
Clerk; and
• David Ryan, Airport Manager
APPROVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Arlington this day of
December, 2014.
