NOW, THEREFORE, the City • Arlington, acting • and through its Cill
Council, does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The equipment/property described on the attached Exhibit "A" is declared
surplus to the needs • the City.
III Staff is instructed to sell all items for the best available price or properly dispose
• items that it is unable to sell. Staff is further authorized to dispose • the
property via an r• transfer • to RCW 39,33.010.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Arlington at a regular meeting on this
day of 2013.
