WHEREAS, the equipment identified on Exhibit "A" is surplus to the needs of the City;

NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Arlington, acting by and through its City Council,
does hereby resolve as follows:
I . The equipment/property described on the attached Exhibit "A" is declared
surplus to the needs of the City.
2. Staff is instructed to trade in all items for the best available price, sell all items
for the best available price or properly dispose of items that it is unable to sell. Staff is
rurther authorized to dispose of the property via an intergovernmental transfer pursuant
1kCW 39.33.010.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Arlington at a regular meeting on this 5th
day of August, 2013.
