Smokey Point Distributing 17305 59"'Ave NE new shop/warehouse building The new building for Smokey Point Distributing will have an estimated 1 ERU based on the information provided which is a total of 8,000SF warehouse/shop. The following are the noted Utility Fee comments: 1) What is the current use of the building that is going to be removed? Is it the previous night watchman quarters that was installed in summer of 2000? If this is the building that is being removed there will be one (1) ERU water/sewer credit applied towards the new building. 2) Will the new building have its own water meter or will it be connected to the existing shared on site meter that the previous building was connected to? 3) Connection fees are based on "use" and "square footage of each use" within the building and also the size water meter required. Estimated fees are figured at the time of building permit submittal, and final fees will be those fees that are in effect at the time of payment. 4) All water and sewer fees (if any) must be paid before the City will install the water meter (if a separate one is required)and before any side sewer inspections are made. 5) A new side sewer permit will be required if connecting to sewer. Side sewer permits are $180.00 for the first ERU and$36.00 for additional ERU's. Credit is not given toward side sewer permits. .,. I I
