This is for the garage over on Olympic Place behind OSO. When the original permit came through is was for a garage for the corner residence—no water or sewer. Now they have submitted a plumbing permit for a toilet, shower and sink and they want this on a separate water/sewer service from the house,with it's own separate meter. I explained this would cost at least$10,890.00 (minimum), but Mrs. DeBortle said she thinks it would be wiser to put it on it's own service rather than connect this"garage"to the existing service that the house is on. I would be glad to collect her money—but first I need to know your thoughts on this—because the garage is not on a foundation (not sure if that even matters) but suddenly we have two units on one lot with two separate services, and I want to make sure that's alright with building and planning.
