CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY

WHEREAS, certain property located adjacent to 67th Avenue NE and known as
Snohomish County tax parcel # 31052200402300 was previously purchased in 1985 at a tax
foreclosure sale by the City of Arlington; and
WHEREAS, the property has an assessed value of less than $2,000 and the City Council
wishes to declare the property as surplus;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arlington Washington do here
resolve as follows: I
'TEe—UiTy-T-`ounciT-ffn-c-Fs the property legally described on the attached Exhibit "A"
to be surplus to its needs.
2, Pursuant to AMC 3.70.020, the attached property may be sold pursuant to public
or private sale, and the City staff is directed and authorized to sell the property on
the best available terms.
APPROVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Arlington this 17th day of
June, 2013,
