The Old Shop remodel in question, 20080001, shows new bathrooms, etc, so I requested the new plumbing plan as-builts as well. How could the architect not have plans of the new bathroom plumbing? I'd like to know how all of this connects together. If the new plans for the two buildings don't show the old stuff, then yes I'd like to have a copy of any old ones we may have. Thanks. Good morning Brenda, Here is what's proposed. Interior wash bay floor slab is sloped to drain to the covered wash area on the south side of the building. This water is directed through a thru-wall scupper. This covered wash area then drains to the water quality and filter vaults that are shown just east of the covered wash area. This water is then routed through oil/water separators, baffles and filters before being discharged to the sewer line currently on site.
