INSPECTION OBSERVATION / REMARKS As requested, I was on site to inspect the installation of Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ2 1/2"and 5/8"wedge anchors, into existing concrete, at the above noted locations for the pallet racks. When on site, I reviewed the project drawings sheet 1 of 2 and ESR Report 4266. I verified that the approved anchors were installed to the required embedment depth of 3 1/2 inches as per drawing sheet 1 of 2. I used a calibrated torque wrench to verify tightening torque on the anchor nuts and found that the nuts were tightened to at least 40 foot pounds for the 1/2"anchors and 60 foot pounds for the 5/8"anchors. Work was performed per ESR Report 4266, manufacturer's directions and the project plans.
