On January 26,2015,Asbesto-Test personnel conducted an Asbestos survey(per
U.S.E.P.A./A.H.E.R.A.guidelines as designated and specified by Paget Sound Clean Air
Agency and Washington State) of the house&jearaee 0 106 East Haller Ave.,Arlington,
Snohomish Count), Washington 98223. This-survey purpose is to identify any asbestos
containing materials,which all require abatement,prior to demolition.

BASIC CONSTRUCTION: The house is two story wood frame on a post and beam
foundation.The siding is wood.The siding vapor barrier materials were sampled.There is
Concrete Asbestos Board skirting visible on the house.There is also some CAB on the house
behind the wood siding.These materials were also sampled.The composition roofing materials
were sampled.
INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION, FINISHES, AND FLOORINGS: The interior
construction is wood and drywall.The dryw4Wtaping materials were sampled.The vinyl and tile
flooring materials with relating backings and mastics were sampled.The misc.mastic materials
were also sampled.
INSULATION: There was no insulation found.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: The electrical wiring insulation did not appear to be the:kind to be
ACM.The powcr may have been"on"at the time of the inspection,thus sampling was not safe.
Any suspect electrical wiring insulation or any suspect TSI(Thermal System Insulation)found
in, around, or behind any located fuse or breaker boxes should be considered to be ACM
(Asbestar Containing Material), unless determined otherwise by laboratory analysis.

HEATING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM:There is a free standing heater in the house.
There was no visible suspect ACM located associated with the heating unit.Note:It►vas not
possible to dismantle the heating unit to locate and,or evaluate any additional suspect ACM
which may be concealed, inside the unit, or associated in hidden areas. It is our opinion any
further handling of the heating unit should be coordinated by the project manager and/or
abatement contractor. If any additional relating suspect materials are located prior to and/or
during any demolition or renovation, any and all additional related suspect materials should be
considered to be ACM(Asbestos Containing Material), unless determined to be otherwise by
laboratory analysis. Any metal insulated chimney system that may be present is presumed
asbestos containing.

Dear David,
All About Abatement is sending this letter pertaining to the completion of Asbestos removal at 106 East
Haller Ave Arlington,WA 98223.All About Abatement has completed the Asbestos removal of
Approximately 150sq ft of V.A.T on underlayment in Kitchen along with the removal of C.A.B skirting
around outside perimeter of house. This was all the asbestos located/detected in the Asbestos survey
during inspection and has been removed from residence.All proper procedure and steps where taken
during the removal process. If any new suspect materials or like materials are found during demolition, it
is our recommendation to have it tested and or treated as asbestos by a qualified contractor to avoid
future contamination.All About Abatement is releasing liability for any potential future disturbances of
unknow/Hidden materials.Thank you for your business. If you have any questions or concerns, please

guidance advice or decision of the Governor.The building official is authorized to suspend or revoke this permit if it is
determined to be issued in error or on the basis of incorrect,inaccurate or incomplete information,or in violation of any City
ordinance,regulation or order,state or federal law,or any order,proclamation,guidance or decision of the Governor.
