The owner request's that the existing loading dock, drainage for loading dock,and canopy for the loading
dock be replaced.
The existing canopy over the loading dock is steel post and steel beam construction with wood deck and
torch down roof. The existing canopy has deteriorated and the wood is rotten and fallen down. The drainage
system for the loading dock does not function properly and needs to be replaced.
Enclosed are drawings,engineering and calculations for replacement of the canopy with a new all steel
canopy, and roof. Size 24'wide x 30' long single slope.
