City staff is hereby directed to prepare and • a Notice of • to Annex the property described in the Country Charm Annexation petition, together with the supporting materials and information required • law, to the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board forthwith. 2. The properties included in the annexation are described in the legal description (Exhibi) A) and as shown on the vicinity map (Exhibit B). 3. The properties shall have the land use designations and zoning designations as shown on Exhibits C & D, respectively. 4. The properties included in the annexation shall assume their proportionate share of the City's indebtedness.
