Anderson Subject: Setback from wetland on lot 92 I have received both of your faxes in regards to your concern on the setback from the wetlands. The city cannot determine the setback requirements until the wetlands has been delineated. It is the responsibility of the property owner to verify the wetland boundary. Only then after it has been properly flagged by a wetlands biologist will the city inspect the required setbacks. The drawings you faxed show a 50' building setback boundary line. If this is the case it must be flagged accordingly. Based on the drawing provided it appears that the proposed building footprint will fit within the 50 foot setback from the wetlands. This should be verified at the time of excavation of the building.
