A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON
REJECTING ALL BIDS ON 2011 SLURRY SEAL PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
PROJECT TO BE RE-BID
WHEREAS, the City of Arlington solicited bids for a project known as the City of
Arlington 2011 slurry seal project (hereinafter the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to reject all bids and rebid the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arlington, Washington do hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council hereby rejects all bids submitted for the Project; and
2. City staff is authorized and directed to prepare new bid specifications for the
Project and to re-bid the Project once new specifications are prepared.
