and FLIGHT XNNOVATIONS, INC. , hereinafter referred to as
"assignee" .

ORFORD ,Leased as Lessee the prenuses hereinafter described from
the City of Arlington, hereinafter referred to as "city" , for
the purposes set forth in said lease; and

We have reviewed the Fire Sprinkler submittal by Advanced Fire Protection, Inc. We
recommend issuance of a permit to install the fire sprinklers, subject to the following
comments.
SHEET 1: ACCEPTED AS NOTED
1. The density of .10/1500 is acceptable only for protection of the temporary canopy. This
canopy is scheduled to be removed in a few weeks per Mr. Barker of Flight Innovations.
2. No hanger details are shown.
Provide hangers in accordance with NFPA-13.
C-clamps must have retaining straps.
Eye rods must utilize lags or thru-bolts, not drive screws.
3. No seismic bracing is shown.
Provide seismic bracing as noted on the drawing.
4. No provisions for draining are shown.
Provide a drain at the bottom of the new under-mezzanine main or insure new piping
drains to the existing riser.
