Date of the City Council meeting you would like to provide remote comment:* 2026-05-18 First Name:* Last Name:* Jennifer Six Phone Number: E-mail jennifersix0724@gmail.com Address* Street Address 2915 19th St Address Line 2 City State/Province/Region Everett WA Postal/Zip Code 98201 Will you be providing comment on an agenda item,or on a topic that is not on the agenda(general comment)?* Agenda Item General Comment Which agenda item or topic would you like to provide public comment on?* I am writing concerning the agenda item"Large Load Mega Build"near the airport. This agenda is uncomfortably similar to large data center builds.Any data center but ESPECIALLY large data centers are only a scar on the environment, the community and the economy of an area.It has been documented over and over again that large corporations do NOT care about the well being of a community. As public servants yourselves,it is your duty to care about your community and your constituents when the large corporation will not. Large data centers require vast amounts of electricity to run.Perhaps make it a requirement that they provide their own solar or wind electrical set up to account for that because if not,the citizens will suffer with higher energy bills in an already depressed economy. The average American cannot even afford a$1000 emergency. We are stretched to our limit.A large corporation sucking out resources of an area will only leave your constituents AND the communities surrounding your town(like myself in Everett),in more financial hardship. This is only one aspect of the detriments of large data centers.I won't go into the environmental impact as they are too many and my time is too short. Please,PLEASE vote against any and all large data center development in our area.Thank you. Signature* Cf 66X
