Dear Mr. Bullock:
In response to your letter of July 15, our utilities department
has reviewed your drawings and specs for the sewer for the proposed
rest room at the Arlington High School football field.
They find that the sewer system as drawn is satisfactory, assuming
all elevations are correct.
The water hookup must have a two inch meter with standard city
connections and a shut off at the building. The meter should-be
located outside the fence so it can be accessible for reading.
I would also advise you to be in contact with our building inspector,
Robert Mulligan, concerning your building plans.
Sincerely,

Re: New Restroom at High School Stadium
Gentlemen:
Enclosed is a plan of the project showing the connections to the existing
sewer and water systems.
It should be noted that due to existing grades, we are sloping the sewer line
at 1%. Please inform me if that is acceptable and of any items which do not
meet our requirements.

Site visit Wednesday, July 12, 1978
Contractor placing concrete along North wall line 2
building "C" , foundation soils solid some isolated
in footings to be displaced by concrete and bailed out
where it accumulates.
Discussed footing conditions at West end of South wall with
_Forrest, water was standing eight A-?-) to :ten (1 0)inches
deep in area on line eight 8 from C to B. The sump
outside the area and the two inside had not been kept
pumped down as recommended on each prior visit. As a
result the entire Southwest area is saturated,
The footings can be placed by pumpingout the water in the
footing area, cleaning out the water softened soil and
lacing a lift of lean mix concrete 2-1 2 to 3 sack mix
on the bearing soil to form a working mat for the building
footin .
As an alternate to the above the area can be pumped down
level has been lowered in the soils and the fill
that has become saturated can drain At that time •select
fill can be placed in the low footing areas m
