A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR
THE HILLTOP SPORTS ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the proponents of the annexation commonly known as the Hilltop
Sports Annexation were authorized to circulate a 60%petition regarding the annexation; and
WHEREAS, the proponents have returned the 60%petition to the City as required
by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required by law to schedule a public hearing on
the petition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The public hearing on the proposed Hilltop Sports Annexation shall be
scheduled before the City Council at its regular meeting at 7 p.m. on the 15th day of November,
2010.
