Alternatively the RPBA can be installed inside the building in a mechanical room. If the RPBA is installed inside, provide adequate room for testing, maintenance, repair, and drainage. Any branch ,,C�connections between the water meter and the RPBA must have a backflow preventer installed. The drawings must reflect the location of the assembly. 1 If an irrigation system is required a new separate main line tap and metered service will be required a The DCVA is to be installed after the meter before any branch connections. 2 The Assembly shall appear on the State of Washington Department of Health list of approved assemblies. 1` 3 The Assembly shall be tested by a State of Washington certified Backflow Assembly Tester, at the owner's expenses. The City of Arlington Water Department shall inspect the Assembly after it has been tested.
