The plumbing waste and supply drawings and the fixture layout on the floor plan are not consistent. All drawings must be consistent with each other. All cleanouts in the waste system must be included on this drawing. All vents must be included on the drawings. Indirect waste connections are required for refrigerators, freezers, walk-in coolers, ice makers, coffee urns & brewers, hot & cold drink dispensers, food prep sinks and any similar devices. These locations and methods must be indicated on the plans. The plans do not show any walk-in coolers or refrigeration cases. These must be on the plans and show discharge of the condensation drains. Please submit a copy of the floor plan that was submitted to the Health Dept. A grease trap is not included on the plans or fixture list. Please include this. A letter was received by the city on 5-25-06 showing a change of use on the second floor, a salon, additional restrooms and a washroom. None of these items where referenced on the plumbing permit submittal. None of the fixtures where included on the fixture list. I visited the site and inspected the areas of renovation and found no indication of plumbing or mechincal improvements or retrofits. The only improvements will be electrical, which Mr. Beck was notified he will have to obtain and Electrical permit from L& I. I will certainly keep you posted. Thanks David W.
