Site Location The site is located just north of 172"d Street NE on 59th Avenue NE, in Section 22, Township 31 North, Range 5 East, in Arlington, Washington. The mobile office will be installed per Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc's. plans and specifications. The mobile office will be located north east of the existing office building on an existing impervious gravel area. There are no sewer and water services proposed for the mobile office. Drainage Impacts The site consists of primarily impervious surfaces either in the form of buildings, asphalt pavement, Portland cement concrete pads or gravel storage areas. The proposed location for installing the mobile office would be on existing impervious gravel surface and would not create any change to the current drainage patterns. The proposed building will not have gutters. Runoff from the roof will be dispersed in sheet flow off the roof over the 40-foot length of the building. The runoff will then become part of the existing drainage pattern.
