The resulting comments follow. 1. The sanitary sewer main into the site is to be an 8" main. Because the future dealership will employ more than 30 people and coupled with the car wash, the city standards and DOE standards require an 8" main. A manhole will be required to be installed on the main in Smokey Point Blvd. 2. Please add a clean out 5' from the sales building on the side sewer. 3. Please add the pipe length and slope from the o/w/s to the manhole at the carwash. 4. Please add a note that the meters will be installed by the city at the developer's expense. 5. Backflow protection is required on the meters. 6. There is a possibility that Jerold Jacobsen, Fire Marshal will require fire hydrants on this site. He has been provided with a copy of this plan. There is a water main fee of$2.25 per lineal foot of frontage on Smokey Point Blvd. This main fee is to be paid prior to connection. 8.
