Developer contributing the sum of money indicated below, which the Developer and the State agree is Developer's pro rata share of contribution to projects which would mitigate impacts to the State highway facilities caused by the Subject Development, and the cumulative effect of the Subject Development with other developments. Unit heaters shall be placed at 25' above finished floor. This will allow aircraft up to 15' high to park in the hangar and still be in compliance. 5. Floor surfaces shall be graded and drained to prevent water and fuel from remaining on the floor. See revise Sheet A-2 for sloped slab and floor drain information to comply w/IBC sec. 412.2.3. 6. There appears to be vented windows at the second floor level on sheet A3 east elevation... Please note that upper level windows are inoperable (fixed). Only lower level windows are operable. No second floor levels or mezzanine are proposed for this building. 7. The glazing adjacent to the door shown on the east elevation should be safety glazing. See revised sheet A-3 for safety glazing locations. 8. A striped access lane must be provided from the accessible parking space at the adjacent building to the new building or an additional space provided for this building. See revise sheet A-1 for striped access lane from the adjacent building to the proposed building. 9. The slope of the accessible curb cut should be 1:12 since there appears to be less than 48" at the top of the ramp. ANSI figure 406.4... Slope of the accessible curb cut shall be 1:12. See revised sheet A-1 for ramp detail. STRUCTURAL 1. The hangar doors must be submitted for review. I have listed this as a deferred submittal. Hangar doors shall be submitted separately under a deferred submittal. See list of deferred submittal items on sheet A-1. 2. The structural drawings should be changed to reflect the correct building code and design criteria. See design criteria on revised structural sheet S-1. UTILITIES 1. Install an RPBA (reduced pressure back- ow assembly) immediately after the water meter per City ofArlington standard... See utility sheet C7 note #8 for RPBA information.
