Proposed project:
Replace the existing 20-year-old wood sign with a new illuminated
plastic sign of the same design. The wood is cracked and letters
are pealing. I propose to use the existing concrete footing and
foundation, brick pedestal and 4x4 metal posts to support the new
sign. They are in excellent condition and will support the new sign
without difficulty as they have supported the old one.
The total property frontage is_3-33-- 212 feet on the south property
line and- 131 feet on the east property line. The allowed signage is
calculated to be 166.5 sf. The proposed signage for two sides is
calculated to be 104.47 sf.
