A plot plan with dimensions must be submitted at the time of application, indicating property lines, location of streets & alleys,existing buildings and other related items, in addition to the location of the proposed project. An approved septic and drainfield permit from Snohomish County Health Department, if the proposal is not going to be connected to City Services. An Enviromental Checklist , if applicable. Approval by the Home Owners Association of plans for Homes to be located at The Woodlands and Kona Crest. An Engineered Storm Drainage Plan for all Commercial applications. Notice: Front Yard Setbacks. Curbs, Sidewalk Edge, Edge of Street pavement is not necessarily where your setback will be measured from the front property line, be certain that you are measuring from the actual front property line and that your plot plan depicts this. In the event your setback will be measured from a private access easement, the edge of the improved is not necessarily your front property line. Be certain that you are measuring from the edge of the actual easement and that your plot plan depicts this. No construction or site preparation can be started until plans have been approved and a permit has been issued. Plans must be approved by Public Works , City Engineer , Code Enforcement Officer, and any other department or agency of the City of Arlington.
