Mark each box to designate that the information has been provided. Please submit this checklist as part of the submittal documents. For Tier 1 projects a Zoning Verification must be completed and approved prior to building permit submittal. Tier 2 and 3 projects require a land use permit. Include all applicable codes on the cover sheet of the project. 2. Include the complete scope of work on the cover sheet of the project. 3. Include a legend or key for the site plan and floor plan. 4. Minimum plan size is 18"x 24"and maximum plan size is 30"x 42". S. Plans shall be on standard drafting paper. 6.
