The lateral distance from the center line of the water closet to the nearest obstruction , including grab bars, shall be not less than 15 inches on one side and 41 inches on the . oLher side. AL least one lavatory shall have a rim height of 33 inches to 34 inches and shall have a 29 inch minimum clearance from the bottom of the apron to the floor.
