The attached map shows the lot location only: 1. Access to 89th Pl NE is to remain closed. The site is to be served by a single access from 59th NE. 2. Landscaping should be installed around the perimeter of the building in the areas open to vehicle access as indicated. The area should be a minimum of 3 ' deep and edged with timber or concrete stop logs to prevent damage to the metal siding. 3. If needed, stacked employee parking can be accommodated in this area. 4. Provide a 26 ' wide, clear drive isle onto the adjoining lot 28 C for tractor-trailer maneuvering to loading dock. 5. I Subject: Site Improvements , Lot 28A A number of the site improvements which are requ.LLvu or as a condition of approval by the Airport Commission have not been made or have been made improperly: 1. There is to be no access from lot 28A to 189th Pl . The paving must be removed and replaced with landscaping which will create a permanent barrier to automobile traffic. 2 . All parking and vehicle maneuvering areas shall be constructed to the standards of AMC 20.14 . 150 . 3 . Curbing or other suitable barriers to protect the building shall be installed as show on the submitted site plan. 4 . Landscaping at the building perimeter shall be installed as shown on the submitted site plan. It has also come to our attention that the building is presently occupied.
