The property is quite flat with no indication of any off-site runoff adding to the flow. The soil is an Everett series with the following average soil log : 0-10'' dark brown gravelly sandy loam , 1011-29" reddish-brown gravelly loamy sand 29"-48" gravelly coarse sand The percolation average rate taken at a depth of 36" was faster than 3 M/I . An exact rate was not obtainable as the water infiltrated the soil at a rate which was difficult to measure. The soil is about the same as the area around it which has existing drain- tields and storm drainage systems. The soil is acceptabie for both a drain- field and storm drainage system.
