FINAL final inspection and when I Approval
pulled the file I noticed that
no inspections were ever
conducted for framing,
insulation,etc.Upon
inspection I asked the owner
if he obtained his electrical
permit and inspection and he
indicated that he didn't need
one.He also mentioned that
a contractor from Redmond
did the work even though he
was listed as the contractor.
The sunroom addition was
completed per plan but since
no framing or other
inspections were never
conducted I cannot approve
the project.I also advised
Tim of L&I about no
electrical permit.
