The building official is authorized to suspend or revoke this permit if it is determined to be issued in error or on the basis of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, or in violation of any City ordinance, regulation or order, state or federal law, or any order, proclamation, guidance or decision of the Governor. It is unlawful to use or occupy a building or structure until a final inspection has been made and approval or a Certificate of Occupancy has been granted. This permit authorizes only the work noted and covers work to be done on private property only. Any construction on public domain (curbs, sidewalks, driveways, marquees, etc.) will require a separate permit. The property owner shall ensure that the construction project complies with all applicable zoning codes and regulations. The property owner shall also ensure that the construction project does not cause any adverse impact on the surrounding environment or community. The property owner shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from the relevant authorities before commencing construction. The property owner shall ensure that the construction project complies with all applicable design review requirements. CONDITIONS It is the responsibility of the Owner, Developer and Contractor to adhere to the approved plans, verify 1 ) compliance with the City of Arlington Municipal Code, Public Works Design and Construction Standards, International Code Council (ICC), applicable local, state and federal requirements or any order, proclamation, guidance or decision of the Governor. Traffic Control must comply with the current version of MUTCD. Work Hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday- Saturday (no work on Sundays or City Recognized Holidays).
