The drawings are very incomplete and cannot be examined for code compliance.
The state RCW 18.08 requires buildings over 4000 S.F. to be prepared and
stamped by an architect or engineer licensed in the state of. Washington. This
is a perfect exampled for the need of professional services.
A letter taking professional responsibility is not sufficient, especially for
projects with drawings as incomplete as these and with code violations indicated
on the drawings.
A complete set of drawings prepared by a registered architect should be
submitted as required by sections 302(b) and (d) of the Uniform Building Code.

Project Scope:
1. Remodel project is to consist of adding approx. 1,600 sf of new second
floor office space and building new floor to roof (1) hr. fire wall
for a new configuration of the existing floor plan.
2. The remodel project will allow better utilization of the space and spread
out the work force to make for better working conditions.
3. No new people will be added to the work force that is currently in place.
4. Please note that we reduced our work force when we moved into our new
