The permit was for an outside stairway to the office, interior plumbing, removing a bearing Post inside and various other incidentals . At the time of my visi-.t- your secretary could not find any reference to my permit in ILhe. name -of Arington Associates or in the Leasee name of Arlington Avionics . -Later I leased. to Wrangell Electric, who previously had leased in Building A. After leasing to Mr. Keating of Wrangell Electric for- awhile, I sold .Hangars 10, 11 , 12 to him. I"t is my:'desire'-to prove this to be a clean installation with a valid permit .'.. I remember, Dave.; -that we did an inspection on this permit-.with you. Also I made a special trip to a company named Engineered Woods for engineering on a glue lam beam to- carry the bearing point. Mr. Barry Phillips was also with me. Mr. Phillips. was one of the Arliingtori Avionics Leasees. Dave, in talking to you about this matter of the permit, we decided that perhaps this could be resolved with a letter from you clarifying all of this .'
