The property owner shall ensure that the construction project complies with all applicable design review requirements. CONDITIONS Traffic Control must comply with the current version of MUTCD. Work Hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday- Saturday (no work on Sundays or City Recognized Holidays). Inspections are not available on Saturday or 1.) Sunday. Non-motorized traffic control must be provided if any part of the work impacts existing non-motorized facilities. Non-motorized traffic control measures shall provide a level of accessibility that are, at minimum, equal to the existing conditions of the site.
