The residential zoning verification for a garage addition at 4119 177th Pl Ne has been
approved with the following conditions:
• Approval from the health department required for setback from septic/ drain field
at time of building permit.
• The addition shall be faced with similar materials or similar in design as the existing
structure to incorporate the addition into the rest of the building.
The next step will be submitting a residential building permit application for the work. The
applications can be found and submitted on our website. If you have any trouble submitting
