Project Address: 3016 184th Pl Ne
Project No.: BLD6302
Hello,
The residential zoning verification for 3016 184th Pl Ne has been approved with the
following conditions:
Site plans do not show the existing additional garage on-site. Any additions to the
primary building shall have a 10' setback from the accessory garage per AMC
20.46.075(a)(1).
Snohomish County Health Department site plan approval shall be required at time
of building permit for any additions on the north side of the residence to ensure
proper clearance from the septic tank and drain field.
All additions shall match the design of the existing residence.
The next step will be submitting a residential building permit application for the work. The
applications can be found and submitted on our website. If you have any trouble submitting
online, you can email us the completed application and any required documents to
CED@arlingtonwa.gov.
