Any additions to the primary building shall have a 10' setback from the accessory garage per AMC 20.46.075(a)(1).  Snohomish County Health Department site plan approval shall be required at time of building permit for any additions on the north side of the residence to ensure proper clearance from the septic tank and drain field.  All additions shall match the design of the existing residence. The next step will be submitting a residential building permit application for the work. The applications can be found and submitted on our website.
