All residential buildings sprinkler systems will be tied to and monitored by the FACP located in building 17. The site electricians (Express Electric) are providing building linking conduit/wiring as shown on the included site building linking plan. The SLC and SBUS will be run in a Class A loop as shown. When a Waterflow, Smoke Detector or Pull-station is activated in a residential building, it will annunciate at the annunciator in that specific building and also at the FACP located in building 17. Residential building occupant notification devices will only activate when an initiating device in that building is triggered, no other building' s occupant notification devices will active. The system has been designed per NFPA 72, 2013 edition requirements as well as WAC, IBC, IFC 2012, NEC current and your additional requirements. The building is fully-sprinkled. The system shall monitor by zone activation as well as separate trouble signals. Monitoring shall be provided via UL listed Central Station, The Alarm Center LACEY, WA.
