My feasibility is up this Friday and I am supposed to close Monday. The stone pillars are existing on the site. It would be best for lot 2 to have its own access,the easement appears to allow shared access but I don't see anywhere on the short plat that it is required to have shared access. It will create a difficult parking situation if lot 2 is required to gain access at that angle (see attached). It creates a lot of unnecessary driveway and impervious surface to make the turn work and reduces the backyard by—20'. School fees were paid as well. I'm assuming only water and sewer Impact/Connection Fees will need to be paid.
