The building official is authorized to suspend or revoke this permit if it is determined to be issued in error or on the basis of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, or in violation of any City ordinance, regulation or order, state or federal law, or any order, proclamation, guidance or decision of the Governor. It is unlawful to use or occupy a building or structure until a final inspection has been made and approval or a Certificate of Occupancy has been granted. This permit authorizes only the work noted and covers work to be done on private property only. Any construction on public domain (curbs, sidewalks, driveways, marquees, etc.) will require a separate permit. The property owner shall ensure that the construction project complies with all applicable zoning codes and regulations. The property owner shall also ensure that the construction project does not cause any adverse impact on the surrounding environment or community. The property owner shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from the relevant authorities before commencing construction. The property owner shall ensure that the construction project complies with all applicable design review requirements. CONDITIONS Inspection Standards The applicant is required to notify the City for inspections. Failure to give notice will result in violation of AMC Chapter 12.40.240 and may result in additional inspection fees. To request an inspection call 360-403-3417 by 3:30 for next day inspection. Applicant must comply with all applicable City of Arlington, state and federal laws, ordinances, code and regulation in performing the work authorized by this permit. Standard Conditions for all ROW Permits: Traffic Control must comply with the current version of MUTCD. Work Hours are 1 ) 7 am to 7 pm Monday- Saturday(no work on Sundays or City Recognized Holidays). Inspections are not available on Saturday or Sunday. Non-motorized traffic control must be provided if any part of the work impacts existing non-motorized facilities. Non-motorized traffic control measures shall provide a level of accessibility that are, at minimum, equal to the existing conditions of the site. Two days before starting work, the applicant must have all utilities located. One Call, is a public utility locating service (#811 or 1-800-424-5555). Privately installed facilities must also be located using a private utility locating service. Private property owners which may be affected by the proposed work must be notified in advance of potential disruptions in access or utility services.
