AT THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK, HE/SHE SHALL REMOVE ALL HIS/HER WASTE MATERIALS AND RUBBISH FROM AND ABOUT THE PROJECT AS WELL AS ALL HIS/HER TOOLS, CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, MACHINERY, AND SURPLUS MATERIALS. 16. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOCATION AND/OR PROTECTION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED PIPING, UTILITIES, STRUCTURES, ADJACENT STREETS, AND IMPROVEMENTS DURING THE PERIOD OF CONSTRUCTION. 17.
