In addition, she told me that Theresa and her sister had been embezzling monies from the espresso stand of which is why Terry chose to let her go and hire a new manager—thus furthering her reasoning for changing the license to an LLC. • Terry was not aware of the TCO conditions or TCO expiration date (11/8/2021), except she knew about the landscaping that needed to be completed but did not have the specifics. I told her that I would speak to our Staff for advisement and provide further information to her once I had done so.
