Take down and dispose a of existing metal roofing(1)layer and metal building insulation and install
Taylor Metal 24 Ga. Kynar Paint MS-200 Mechanically Seamed 18"wide panels with striations
painted metal roofing(Or Equal),*Full length sheets approx. 50'-6"sheets,includes painted ridge cap,
cave trim, and gable trim includes Factory injected sealant, over 4"reinforced metal building insulation
(White vinyl face).
New gutters and down-spouts are not included.

9.2 % Sales Tax $10,580.00

All material is guaranteed to be as specified with all work to be completed in a workmanlike manner
according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra
costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the
estimate. All job changes and substitutions must be approved by the head office and submitted to the
customer in writing for their endorsement. All agreements are contingent upon strikes,accidents or
delays beyond our control.
The owner is responsible for fire and other necessary insurance while the project is in process. We will
provide the owner with a Certificate of Liability Insurance on request. Our workers are fully covered by
Worker's Compensation Insurance.
Payment is to consist of a deposit of$10,000.00 deposit, (1)payment of$60,000.00 once metal is
delivered, (1)payment of$30,000.00 after construction begins,and the balance due on completion of
work. All unpaid/outstanding balances are subject to a 1 1/2%financing fee per month. Credit cards are
accepted,there will be a(2)percent surcharge added on all payments made by credit cards.
This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within thirty(30)days.
