Good Morning Kristin,
Sorry for the delay in my response to your questions but we were out of town for a few days.
Here is the information you requested.
Does the shed on the southwest corner of the property still exist? If so, what is the square
footage? Yes and it is 120 square ft.
Provide the distance from the proposed addition to the property lines and/or shed if it still
exists.
20 feet to the south, 22 to the west, 10 feet from the corner of the shed to the corner
of the proposed addition.
Provide the square footage of the paved driveway areas.
The driveway is 2,150 square feet
