I have completed both processes but just wanted to give a better understanding of what is happening at this proposed site. Upon investigation we found several deteriorated galvanized steel and cast iron DWV lines in crawl. I am cleaning out crawler of all contamination and removing old piping as well.Above floor I will be opening walls to remove upto vent connection at Lavatory sink, and kitchen sink. Existing laundry sink is also washer drain. I will abandon and add new washer drain and _vent, new laundry sink drain and vent as per 2018 UPC. Will remove tub waste and overflow and p-trap run new drain and tie into existing vent if possible. I will need to add new water supply to laundry sink and washer machine box. Plan on connecting to existing 1/2"water supply in existing wall. If you have any questions please let me know. I hope this information helps to describe this emergency repair and replacement. I am trying to avoid the homeowners from being displaced for a long period of time. Hope this is what your looking for. Please also consider they are going to have me re pipe the water lines and add a new shut off valve and PRV inside in a convenient location. If I need to do anything else or if you need in clarification please let me know.
