fees have been paid. Existing driveway cuts shall be removed and replaced with sidewalk, curb and lawn
strip. Street trees are required. If any defects in the sidewalk exist it shall be removed and replaced.

Water& Sewer connection fees in effect at the time of building permit submittal will apply. Each unit of the
duplex is required to have their own water& sewer connections. Water meters will not be installed until all
fees have been paid. Existing driveway cuts shall be removed and replaced with sidewalk, curb and [awn
strip. Street trees are required. If any defects in the sidewalk exist it shall be removed and replaced.
Driveway must be paved. Permit required for any right-of-way work. All ROW work shall meet COA
Standards including CDF fill for trenches. Blower door test required. Duct test required. Adhere to red-lines
and approved plans. Approved job copy shall be onsite for inspections. Call for inspections.
