Raelynn Jones 05/17/2021 Received revised plans. Kristin Foster I left Steven with ADT a voicemail just now.I advised him that we would not schedule an acceptance test inspection with ADT until they resolve their permit issue. I explained what his issue(s)is on the voicemail. Their original permit was to replace the communicator for the fire alarm system, nothing more. When I showed up for their acceptance test of that in December I believe, they had also installed a new fire alarm panel(not included in the permit)and the communicator they 02/02/2021 installed was not the communicator that was proposed, reviewed and approved. I left their tech Kristin Foster a correction notice that stated ADT needed to submit for another permit with the updated set of plans to include the actual equipment installed. As far as I know, they have not submitted any additional permits for that site. I will not schedule any inspections at that site for the fire alarm system acceptance testing until they have the proper, approved fire alarm plans in hand. MM O1/29/2021 Don't schedule any inspections until a new plan set is submitted and approved for what was Kristin Foster actually installed. They didn't install what was approved. 08/31/2020 Emailed the permit for signature. Honeywell I Fire Alarm Communicators THE POWER OF CONNECTED HWF2-COM Series LTE / IP Single or Dual Path Commercial Fire Communicators The HWF2-COM Series LTE/IP fire communicators are single or dual path commercial fire alarm communicators that offer Contact ID reporting with any FACP (fire alarm control panel)with a built-in dialer. Models include: • HWF2V-COM(Verizon LTE&IP) • HWF2A-COM(AT&T LTE&IP) Both models connect directly to the primary or secondary communication ports of a •--- fire panel's digital alarm communicator transmitter(DACT). Three selectable reporting paths include:LTE cellular only,IP only,or IP primary with LTE cellular backup. All signals from the HWF2-COM Series are delivered to the HFW2A-CUM AlarmNet°network control center which routes highly encrypted, cybersecured Ethernet data packets via a customer-provided Internet connection or LTE cellular network to the appropriate central station. The AlarmNet°network control center is fully redundant and monitored 24/7. HFW2V-CAM Installation and programming are easythrough the Alarm Net3600website,using the handheld 7720P Programming tool,or using the control panel's programming mode (for panels that support this option). Meets UL 864 requirements for sole, primary or backup path J communications. 1 Minimizes false alarms by providing dual paths for self-tests. The Telguard TG-7FS LTE-V is the ideal cellular alarm communications solution for commercial fire systems. The TG-7FS CDMA transmits alarm signals from the fire panel over the digital cellular network to the designated monitoring station. Compliant with the 2019 and earlier editions of NFPA 72, the TG-7FS LTE-V can serve as the sole communication path for the fire alarm system. It replaces all of the landlines currently dedicated to the master control unit. On average, cellular monitoring costs the end user significantly less than a dedicated landline. For each landline replaced with a TG-7FS LTE-V, the monthly communications bill decreases. By being able to signal failures to the central station within sixty minutes of an outage, the TG-7FS LTE-V can be installed as the sole path for commercial fire installations. For existing installations, all landlines can be swapped for a single TG-7FS LTE-V because of the new five or sixty minute supervision modes. The TG-7FS LTE-V can also be installed as a backup path and upgraded to sole path at a later date. Meets UL 864 requirements for sole, primary or backup path communications. II- Minimizes false alarms by providing dual paths for self-tests. The Telguard TG-7FS LTE-V is the ideal cellular alarm communications solution for commercial fire systems. The TG-7FS CDMA transmits alarm signals from the fire panel over the digital cellular network to the r designated monitoring station. Kristin Foster I left Steven with ADT a voicemail just now.I advised him that we would not schedule an acceptance test inspection with ADT until they resolve their permit issue.I explained what his issue(s)is on the voicemail. Their original permit was to replace the communicator for the fire alarm system, nothing more. When I showed up for their acceptance test of that in December I believe, they had also installed a new fire alarm panel(not included in the permit)and the communicator they installed was not 02/02/2021 the communicator that was proposed, reviewed and approved.I left their tech a correction notice Kristin Foster that stated ADT needed to submit for another permit with the updated set of plans to include the actual equipment installed. Features Installation ease. The i3 line redefines installation ease with its •Plug-in detector line, mounting base included plug-in design. This allows an installerto pre-wire bases(included with heads). The large wire entry port and in-line terminals provide Large wire entry port ample room for neatly routing the wiring inside the base. The base •In-line terminals with SEMS screws accommodates a variety of back box mounting methods as well as •Mounts to octagonal and single-gang back boxes,4-square back direct mounting with drywall anchors. To complete the installation,i3 boxes,or direct to ceiling heads plug into the base with a simple Stop-Drop'N Lock'action. •Stop-Drop'N Lock attachment to base Intelligence.i3 detectors offer a number of intelligent features •Removable detector cover and chamber to simplify testing and maintenance.Drift compensation and •Built-in remote maintenance signaling smoothing algorithms are standard with the i3 line to minimize nuisance alarms.2-wire i3 detectors can generate a remote LED- indicated maintenance and smoothing algorithms indicated maintenance signal when connected to the 2W-MOD2 •Simplified sensitivity measurement loop test/maintenance module or a panel equipped with the i3 •Wide-angle,dual-color LED indication protocol. The SENS-RDR,a wireless device, displays the sensitivityof i3 Loop testing via EZ Walk feature detectors in terms of percent-per-foot obscuration. • •Built-in test switch Instant inspection. The i3 series provides wide-angle red and green LED indicators for instant inspection of the detector's condition:normal standby,out-of-sensitivity,alarm,or freeze trouble. When connected to the 2W-MOD2 loop test/maintenance module or a panel with the i3 protocol, the EZ Walk loop test feature is available on 2-wire P detectors. This feature verifies the initiating loop wiring by providing LED status indication at each detector.
