Thank you for you patience! This is actually for a nonresidential property, Arlington Laundry Station. In Google the
address actually comes up as 102 W 5th Street, but the owner said the suite number is 108. 1 looked up these addresses
on the assessor site, but they did not generate any results. Is this enough information for the permit issuance?Also, I
may have applied for a residential permit, should I reapply for a nonresidential one?

guidance advice or decision of the Governor. The building official is authorized to suspend or revoke this permit if it is
determined to be issued in error or on the basis of incorrect,inaccurate or incomplete information,or in violation of any City
ordinance,regulation or order, state or federal law,or any order,proclamation,guidance or decision of the Governor.
