The Zoning Verification for the proposed construction at 18109 Vineway Place has been approved. Please review the

• Drainage for building shall be directed into the ground for infiltration per city standards
SD-140 (attached).
• A Residential Building Permit Application submittal shall be required. You may submit the
required documents as per the Application requirements to our drop box located inside
the foyer of our office (address listed below in my signature). Once we have received a
complete submittal, please allow a minimum of 6 weeks for processing and review.
• HOA approval shall be required prior to review of the building permit submittal. The
approval document may be submitted with the permit application.
