In no event will we be reducing the East setback on Lot D-53 to less than 15 feet. Ralph Monty is on vacation at this time, but when he returns we might try and work out some other solution that would satisfy the both of us. But if no alternative solution can be made, we will hold the 15 foot setback as discussed.
