In regards to your letter dated August 13, 1987 , this will be acceptable
until we receive a recorded covenant on Lot D-53 or Building permit
application with a plot plan showing the building as being 15 feet from
the West Property line of D-52.
In no event will we be reducing the East setback on Lot D-53 to less than
15 feet.
If one of the two alternatives as noted above have not been received by
September 8, 1987, a stop work will be issued on Lot D-52.

To Whom it May Concern;
As discussed per my conversation with Cristy Brubaker
on 8/13/87, this letter is to confirm that we do plan, and
will hold the house on Lot D-53 at the Woodlands 15 feet from
the east property line per the city's request.
Ralph Monty is on vacation at this time, but when he returns
we might try and work out some other solution that would satisfy
the both of us. But if no alternative solution can be made, we
will hold the 15 foot setback as discussed.
We hope that this letter will satisfy the city's needs and
I would like to thank all concerned for their help and co-operation
on this matter.
